Are your products always available?Product Availability: As a general rule, all products listed on our website are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. However, in rare instances, an item may be temporarily unavailable. A clear "Out of Stock" message will be displayed on the product page. When an item is out of stock, you will be given the option to: Pre-Order: Place an order for the item now, and we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. Back-Order: If an item is expected to be restocked soon, you can be notified via email when it becomes available for purchase again. We recommend contacting us directly if you have any questions about product availability or want to check on the backorder status.

Do you offer gift subscriptions?Yes! We offer curated gift subscriptions for moms, babies, and even furbabies, delivered right to their door.

Do you offer personalized gifts?Look for the "Personalize It!" option on the product page to see what customization possibilities are available. Please note: Processing times for personalized gifts may be slightly longer than standard orders. We will indicate extended processing times on the product page and during checkout.

What is your return policy?Returns and Exchanges We hope you love your Soothebury gifts as much as we do! However, we understand that sometimes things go differently than planned. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within seven days of receipt. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, offering a full refund or a replacement (depending on the manufacturer's policy) at no additional cost. Please get in touch with us by phone, email, or live chat to initiate the return process for damaged items. Standard Returns and Exchanges: For non-damaged items, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Items must be returned in original, unopened, and unused condition with all tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
